 DJ is an “all-in” facilitator.  While with other coaches you may get the impression that there are other things on their mind, DJ is fully focused on the facilitation and takes a genuine immediate interest in the people in the group.  Hiring a facilitator and spending a day or two working on your business or personal life is a huge investment so I appreciated someone who seem to commit with a high level of passion.
